The only mod that works is called Minor Factions Revenge. You start with 60, in your treasury but only 2 tiny territories. The boats are sweet, as you can pilot black beard, black sam, calico jack, the ranger, the black pearl, and the jackdaw. Don't try to edit the mod or you will get constant CTD's.
