Technic launcher error downloading file for the following pack

Thanks for the advice popcorn, I actually found a way around it. I just copied the url for the server I wanted to play on from the RC-pixelmon home page and pasted it in the server list in the minecraft launcher and it worked! If you cannot even open the launcher, to get to your logs you will have to go to your Technic Launcher folder (See first question) and then go into the /logs/ folder inside. The logs are named techniclauncher_year-month-day so the latest one will be the current date. In this scenario, using a different mod pack may solve the problem. Open the Technic Launcher and click on the Add New Pack (in the left pane of the window). Add New Pack to the Technic Launcher; Now add a new mod pack to the launcher and then launch the game with that mod pack to check if the problem is solved.

For some reason the technic launcher is not allowing me to download any modpacks. I have tried all modpacks and all that appears is a 0% in the loading bar which quickly disappears. I have tried restarting the launcher, resetting the modpacks, restarting my computer and nothing seems to work.
